HOW IT WORKS
What to Expect from Your ISO/IEC Audit Journey
Stage 1 Audit

Our audit team will evaluate the organization’s design & implementation of the relevant ISMS clauses.
Stage 2 Audit
Stage 2 Audit
Our audit team will evaluate the organization’s operating effectiveness of the relevant controls of the ISMS, including the Annex A controls.
Certification Decision & Issuance
Certification Decision & Issuance
Our audit team will review and aggregate the findings for the ISO/IEC certification body. If the standard and requirements are met, a certificate will be issued based on the relevant ISO/IEC standard. The certificate will be valid for 3 years from the certification decision date.
First Surveillance Audit
First Surveillance Audit
Within the first year of the certificate decision date, we will verify the continued effectiveness of the ISMS. We coordinate with our clients and plan surveillance audits accordingly.
Second Surveillance Audit
Second Surveillance Audit
Secondary audit to affirm the continued effectiveness. Similar to step 4, our team will plan the audits and relevant areas of inspection.
Recertification
Recertification
